Regardless, he is already 26 (if he was truthful about his age), and has never faced MLB caliber pitching. He could be 27* or 28* by the time he reaches his potential in the MLB. Trout has major league experience at the confirmed age of 20. I say let somebody else pay him.
Their age is always inaccurate. And do they think they have the power to freely add and remove letter in their names? Apparently Yoenis was really Yoennis at some point in time…lol
He could be a monster in the major leagues. I’m usually really skeptical about Cuban players, but this guy has a sweet swing. He could be a 30 HR guy in the not so distant future. And with his speed, he could be a really dynamic player. The problem is, the video doesn’t show much of his defensive ability. I’d take a chance on a guy like him.
I hear that the Yankees are interested and he could fetch as much as $30MM
I just don’t see DiPoto spending that much money when we’re pretty stacked in the outfield going forward.
