The second one, Aliens, bothered me a lot more than the first one did. I don’t handle that kind of tension well at all, ominous music or no music at all, waiting for the Stobor to jump out and get someone. When we rented it I had to pause ti a couple of times, get a glass of water, walk around a minute or two.
A recent widow with young kids, about to lose her family farm, and they knock down the house, build a new and unnecessarily elaborate house, I think they built her a pool, and they planted whatever crop her family usually grows. I figured she was going to lose the farm and feel even worse about it.
On the other hand, he really likes a show that I think is annoying:
HGTV’s House Hunters and the International version. I can’t being to count how many whiney-ass first-time buyers think they can’t cook in a kitchen because the counters aren’t granite and/or the appliances aren’t stainless steel. Sissies.
my wife was watching that before she went to Ex HM. some douchebag buying a $500k vacation house in Bali. I don’t need to see people do that unless I can myself.
So I had the Angels game side by side with the stRangers game...
both teams are wearing their RED jerseys…confusing as hell…I think MLB should ban them from wearing those damn jerseys! Pisses me off they have our players and now our uniforms…
that’s when they want an open floor plan and they see a period house in nearly perfect condtion, and their only comment is that they’d have to rip out so many walls, rip out the restored Batchelder tile front on the fireplace, etc. I’m always glad when those people choose a house that is already what they want, or a house that it doesn’t matter what they do to it.
Considering what houses cost here and in Seattle, we might have found something cheaper on Bali, not that the houses shown on the Bali show I saw were anywhere near our budget.
Boston has stuck it to us somehow and look for 1 win there. Against the twins at Target field , I’m hoping we can do like last year and sweep them. But that ballpark is a cavernous place so I will settle for 2 out of 3

Sometimes I'm relieved that they do,
that’s when they want an open floor plan and they see a period house in nearly perfect condtion, and their only comment is that they’d have to rip out so many walls, rip out the restored Batchelder tile front on the fireplace, etc. I’m always glad when those people choose a house that is already what they want, or a house that it doesn’t matter what they do to it.
