The Angels have given up 3 games in the standings in 3 days...
…thanks to the pen. Been the story al season and will be why we likely miss the playoffs.
With that horrible two-game switch loss to the Rangers and then last night where we could have made up a game…and if you don’t think that will come back to hurt ya…
As for me, I still had some stash left so I relaxed illegal style.
I should have got in my car, smoke a bit more, drank a 5th of scotch, and then listened to re-runs of Ridin’ Dirty.

What does Sosh have against Saunders?
That’s at least the 3rd time this year I’ve sen Sosh opt to go with our godawful ’pen instead of sticking with Saundo. Why is Sosh insisting to have “faith” in the sucky pitchers, but at the same time demonstrating that he has no confidence in Saunders?
At this point in the season, when it’s becoming more necessary to move up in the standings, wouldn’t it make the most sense to let our best pitchers pitch the most? I’m all for saving the starters’ arms for the home stretch, but will a difference of 1/3 or 2/3 of an inning here and there really matter matter if our bullpen has shat us into the cellar by August?
