Rumors abound that the New York Mets are seriously considering TERRY COLLINS to be their manager. I was asked my thoughts about Collins and his tenure as Angels manager by the SBNation Mets blog Amazin Avenue. I didn't hold back on exorcising those demons of '99. Link to Story.

There is nothing else to say about Terry Collins. At all.

Only part of the problem.....
The article details the many shortcomings of Collins and the players of the era, but also references the comments of team “executives” Bill Bavasi & Tony Tavares…..with two such spectacularly incompetent leaders at the top, who could expect anything but chaos below them……only when these mooks were run off did the Angels begin to build a professional organization.
