i must bother to mention that our semi-stud in AA, Trevor Reckling, pitched 7 innings of a 1-hitter with the help of 2 relievers.. not quite a no-hitter, but still pretty nice to see..
he flat out shits the bed and takes the loss.
krod might have had shaky outings, but dude rarely ate a loss on a blown save.
i dont think they lost most of the games he blew anyway.
K-Rod was bend-don’t-break. Even when he was clearly in trouble or didn’t have it, he seemed to be able to pitch out of it. Fuentes either has it or he doesn’t, no middle ground.
