Cant wait til The Angels come down to Arizona.
Going to all three games including right behind the dugout on Sunday!

If Jered Weaver does not make the All-Star team.
I will personally track down and murder the AL Team manager.
27up27down - June 23, 2009
Is this funny?
Also, the AL Team manager is Joe Maddon who was trained and bred in the angels organization.

tony armisture?
BryanHarvey'sMoustache - June 23, 2009
No, I just wanted to say that.
Joe Maddon is even more hear-attack-y than the Angels with his style of play. :)

I think Weaver is an all-star...
He has a really good year and at this point is definitely one of the premier pitchers in the league. However, from here on out, I expect Weaver to be this good for the next couple years.

Does he deserve to be?
Yes!
Will he?
Maybe. I think it depends on a few things. Do the other teams have anyone else worthy of being an all-star. I don’t think the Royals do, so that makes Greinke a virtual lock for the team. If Halladay is still on the DL – Weaver’s chances improve.
We have Hunter who deserve to be an all-star as well.
Just my thoughts on it.

Yes, he will be. He’s a lock to head to STL.

no doubt about it.....
he’s been nails for about 90% of his starts this year.

You can meet Jered...
…in St. Louis.
Slasher52 - June 23, 2009
Yes, he is.
Assuming he pitches at an at least average level for the next two weeks, Jered will be one of our representatives in St. Louis (Torii should be the other one, since Josh Hamilton has already said he won’t be going to the game even if he’s voted in).

another question could be, will he send Jeff pics of the All Star game on his cell phone?
“Hey bro..just at he All Star game. Yup, get to collect that incentive bonus…how’s your day?”
HaloDutch - June 24, 2009
Jered will need to watch what he sends if he does
Or else Jeff would waddle over to Ma and Pa and tell them.
