Ball in glove while foot is still 6 inches away from bag. The only thing anybody could say is that Kendry’s right foot was off the corner of the base, and his heel is not actaully touching. No camera angle shows that definitively. His foot is NOT in motion. It is stable. It does not move until he begins to walk away from the bag after making the catch.
