Seeing anything about this game in Fenway will always remind me of
Rev Halofan saying on Biggsy’s radio show earlier in the season, “I want the Angels to beat the Red Sox* on their own field, rather than see them clinch it at home.” Something to that effect.
Said “if your issue is with Rev, why come here instead of calling him out to his face?”
Basically they called me a troll. Then they proceeded to complain about how Rev and all of us jumped on them when they called Rick Reed a fair umpire. Eef.

Best. Quote. Ever.

Was that Ninja pouring the champagne on Torii? lol!
opiejeanne - October 14, 2009
It was actually Del Scorcho
Gorbachav5 - October 14, 2009
Who?
Clutch - October 14, 2009
Yeah, who?
opiejeanne - October 14, 2009
It's a hot sauce at Del Taco
linkbruin - October 14, 2009
LOL
Talk about miscommunication.
Del Scorcho is hot sauce at Del Taco. The reference was to what Reagins was pouring on Torii’s head, not who was doing the pouring.
Gorbachav5 - October 14, 2009
Wait
So they sell champagne at Del Taco?
Higz - October 14, 2009
+1

Torii Hunter's a class act
We used to call him “Spiderman” for the amazing catches he makes.

You can come and visit him sometime. We love him to pieces.

I heard that, and it made me shudder to think of one more post-season series against Boston. .
Rev was right, though, and it does feel better that we beat them than some lesser team.
opiejeanne - October 14, 2009
Rev Halofan still getting love at Over The Monster

They also see nothing crass or classless/tasteless about trotting Dave Henderson out for the big middle finger on Sunday
Clutch - October 14, 2009
Of course not. But many of them saw the Nick Adenhart clubhouse celebration
in poor taste.
44FAN - October 14, 2009
True dat...sigh...
Clutch - October 14, 2009
Chumps
Couldn’t they run out someone from a team that won something?
hauldog - October 14, 2009
Well that would make you either....
on steroids, or about 110 years old.
pslakerfan - October 14, 2009
Good point
hauldog - October 15, 2009
That gives me an idea
In Game 1, we could have had Bill Buckner throw out the first pitch.
If we were as devoid of class as the Bosawx, that is.

+10!

If I were Rev,
I’d be pretty amused at how easy it is to get under the skin of Sox fans.
SenorChuckles - October 14, 2009
The author of the piece is some Yankees fan stirring up shit at another site.
I’m surprised they didn’t tell him to go home.
opiejeanne - October 14, 2009
They need all the traffic flow they can get
Nobody goes to those sights…lol

I saw your posts. A lot of unreasonableness, and I'm not able to post there.... yet. I think tomorrow morning I can.
opiejeanne - October 14, 2009
Uh, you were reasonable, not them.
opiejeanne - October 15, 2009
Imma ruin your ninth inning!
