Wow. Just wow.
I had to leave in the bottom of the 8th, which didn’t bother me too much because we weren’t at the top of our game. Came back, threw on the tivo, and … did that just happen??? I don’t know how many of you were bona fide Lakers fans in the ‘80s, but this is the equivalent of the 1985 Finals. That was a purging of historical proportions and this is no less amazing. This is a team of destiny. Suffice to say, this is NOT just another Halo victory. I’m soaking this one in for awhile … and by soaking I mean getting drunk. So proud, so clutch, so fucking badass.
