GM Tony Reagins receives Andrew "Rube" Foster Award
Tony Reagins was honored at the 2009 Legacy Awards Dinner (sponsored by the Negro Leagues Hall of Fame) with the Andrew "Rube" Foster Award, as American League Executive of the Year for 2008. Doug Melvin of the Milwaukee Brewers was honored as the National League recipient.
