Week 15: What? 7 days?!

Hope you noticed that this was the first time in a while we played all 7 days of the week! In fact, it's the first time in a while we played on THURSDAY... they goto be quite boring days, didn't they?

What else is new? I actually had something else, but I absolutely forgot it by now.... curses. Oh well, in random stats news, due to the upcoming ASG, the fact i got another powercord to my laptop, and that the 6 hr drive back down to SoCal is a drag... the ppg statistic will be worked on! And maybe whatever other sadistic stat I can come up with.

But right. Your results, with a solo winner for this full week, can be found here.

And should you want to see where you stand in the grand scale of HH... click here.

Playing statistics: 106(+5)/225

Don't forget to take a look at the Vegas Itinerary if it applies to you, and more importantly the NEXT DAY'S Pregame Picks!! Don't start the ASG week with an 'x'

Star-divide

Oh. That thing I forgot? I remember now! For the last two weeks, the min score was 1. Alas, we hit 0 this week. Boo.

Five nights in Kalalau

Roger and I returned yesterday afternoon from a five night stay on Kalalau Beach on the Na Pali Coast. We were pleasantly surprised to see that we each recorded 4 OPD points while on Kauai’s north shore. We hiked to Kalalau Stream each day and thoroughly enjoyed the mangos under the mango tree at Fat City. The waterfall at Fat City is better than a massage chair. It was like being in a jacuzzi that never turns off. The day we hiked two miles up to the Big Pool turmed into a bust. Half an hour after we arrived a steady rain began. That encouraged us to return to the beach. Our campsite was rhe third site east of the waterfall on a12 foot high bluff above the beach. I could see the top of the waterfall from my hammock. Song lyrics for Kalalau: “Curiousity Killed the Cat, I am telling you I know where it is at” by The Little River Band.

On the boat ride out yesterday morning we saw five US Navy ships positioned for a missile launch at the Pacific Missile Test Range at Barking Sands near Polihale. Two ships, including a destroyer were positioned between Niihau and Kauai. A navy ship northwest of Kauai was suppose to shoot the missile down. We did not see the missile launch. It occurred either while we were in the harbor or driving to Brick Oven Pizza in Kalaheo.

We were careful to plan our trip to Kalalau so that we would be back in Kapaa in time to watch the All-Star game on the telly. We will arrive at LAX at 0530 in Friday in time to see all three of the Red Sox @ Angels games.

Have FUN in VEGAS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i wanna hear all about it!
