Is it chronic or curable, that which so ails Ace Weavage?

On many nights
He’ll do well and sometimes even have dominant performances, but he doesn’t have ‘ace’ stuff to compensate mistakes he may make during a start. He’s hittable when his pitches are flat and don’t have their usual movement.
it seems that 88-89 is the norm now instead of 91-92. Two MPH doesn’t seem like a lot, but it makes a difference. Also, his delivery was quirky enough to wreak some havoc the first time through the league – that isn’t the case anymore. The league has adjusted and he must adjust back.

At least it's fair to say
that G.A. is coming back in a big way.
Though I was not too happy with him being so lazy and not getting the inside park home run.

A series in KC does not a season make...
...that said, things look much brighter than they did a week ago…

It's simple really.
His fastball has lost a few MPH since his rookie year, and he still has control issues.

I see the same thing...
