Love the blame image...

I just hope we don’t have to see it that often.

gotta give it to Saunders

just like Santana in years past, you can’t give up the long ball

Great pic...

NEVER WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN THOUGH! :)

is the Colonel in that pic

the Most Interesting Man in the World?

Oh well.

At least Oakland and Boston both lost as well though.

Dain Blanton?

geez, are there any ex-baseball players who can do a baseball interview? this guy’s a beach volleyball guy.

i said it in the game thread.....but i blame the skipper.....that was a pedistrian line up...

even for the angels anemic standards…..you cant count on an A game every time from the Pitchin staff…...but nice jobs by Boot and Ollie

who would you put in?

and k-mo is not an answer, he has no place to be

quinlan atleast hits better than wood (at this point) so there is one upgrade offensively.
Billy Mac was dying to be in on '70s night

that’s his element

hud is GREAT on the postgame
is anyone watching angels live?

rex looks like he switched apartments with kramer circa kenny roger’s chicken

translation: he looks like he tried out the tanning booth
we have gotta score more then 3 runs one of these days
and 4 hits is PATHETIC
looks like this is the first BOTG for the colonel
didnt galaraga have like a 5+ ERA coming into this game? the halos made him look like the next beckett tonight
Second Time

He had a no-no going against them in Detroit for 5+ innings earlier this year. Leave it to the Halos to make a journeyman look like Cy Young.

The offense is truly pathetic. Then again, with no Figgins & no Kendrick, not to mention no Vlad (although he’s a below-average hitter at this point), and Napoli in a slump, this is what one should expect.

Sadly, I doubt Vlad would have made a difference. Up until recently, I was sure he was hiding an injury, but now I’m starting to believe that he’s pretty much washed up.

Saunders didn’t pitch well, but he’s entitled to a stinker once in a while.

And will Justin Speier ever be able to pitch a scoreless inning again?

technically

speier did pitch a scoreless inning. it was his second inning that he gave the run up in.

hud is stoked about the lunch spread today

at the 2010 all-star game, there will be a minimum of angel fans allowed to have tickets. lame.

kudos to scioscia for trying to mix up the lineup

glad to see willits in the game. same line up Friday except swap out gmj for vlad

Agreed.

I love watching Willits. No matter how late the inning or how lop-sided the score, Reggie will do anything to find a way on base. He’s like a little bulldog and first base is his favorite chew toy.

It’s irrelevant now, but that’s the reason the score was 6-2, not 6-1. A point is a point.

Those are the kind of lead-off of guys you need.

totally disagree

Saunders could have given up 3 runs on three hits and thrown a complete game, and we still would have lost. The runs we give up are irrelevant if we cant score ourselves
BOTG B Wood. and error and errors in batting

That error

didn’t lead to a run.

I blame Brandon Wood and Sean Rodriguez

Just kidding fellow Halo fans, and Rev, BOTG gots to go too Foghorn Leghorn (for some reason referring to Saunders as the Colonel reminds me of Foghorn Leghorn) but our line-up did suck again.

Just kidding about B Wood and S Rod

Blame goes all around. The Colonel comes to mind for blame. Our offense sucked!!!!!

I still blame the toronto turf.
