Morales is coming from a situation in Cuba where mothers would bring their children to Kendry just so he could touch them.
Do you think, just for a second that might think of the minors as BELOW him. I mean Matt Brown can put up on OPS of over 1000 in AAA and Kendry can’t even though Kendry has more power and has shown MUCH MUCH MUCH more ability in his Major League trials.
I know for a fact that Kendry is in the Angels doghouse for his overall effort.
actually, Wood is more likely… Izzy to 2B, Figgins to 3B (should be back tomorrow), Wood at SS. considering the short leash Wood and Brown were on, im surprised S-Rod has been up here this long.
Here we’ve all been beating GMJ up and then he triples…and yet he is still CRITICIZED. Nothing against you, Carl, but it just shows how bitter we are at GMJ for his $10M lump of coal he’s been producing.
like they did in the Sunday Night game this past week.
I loved it, the ball had black from the foul pole and the pole had white from the ball, and they have an idiot 1B ump telling the other umps he thinks it’s foul.
yea NO one could tell me, that if Reggie set his mind to it
that he wouldn’t be a great 2B.
His speed is just what got him put in the OF at some point. He has the arm. He has the work ethic. At one point a long time ago the Angels were thinking of turning Jeff DaVanon into a 2B but it never happened. I would have loved to have seen Jeff at 2B! Imagine all the walks and homers from him they would have gotten.
GA grounds into DP with bases loaded, Hunter and Kotch with back to back doubles, Lackey throws well. Two double plays, Aybar leaves in first with dislocated pinky.
stats like that are inherently flawed. The fact that he would be brought into a game in the 8th inning means that
A) the go ahead/tying run is already at the plate or worse on base B) they are likely going through the heart of the order with a lead much less than 3 runs
Last time I went out for a ciggie during the game we lost and you tried to give me BOTG. This time, I went out and the bases were loaded with 0 out. When I got back in, we’re batting. Lucky Lucky Strike!
Am I the only one who thinks letting one man be in control of a game in which hundreds of millions of dollars are invested is insane and illogical? Especially in the playoffs.
we're here now?

UCIHalo - May 20, 2008

surfpunk - May 20, 2008
no ones freaking out about the hitting... its the 1-pitch outs
BigBangRobbDawgg - May 20, 2008
exactly
its not the hitting, its the hitting philosophy
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
the same philosophy that won us a worls series and a couple divisions
surfpunk - May 20, 2008
uh, different personnel back then...
they knew how to take a walk, off-the-lip bra.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008

I gotcha.
I like Hatcher myself.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
I'm not sure you can train the personnel that we have...

Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008

and even then, until Figgy AND Howie are both back, he should probably just be playing 3B.
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
i dont think he can
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
he hasn't played 3ed since he was in cuba. I don't think he can at this level
Halo84653 - May 20, 2008
I know he could
He wouldn’t be anthing but slightly below average defensively, but he’s showed more than enough at 1B for me to know he could pull it off
He fields grounders well, and has a accurate arm.
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
Figgy will be back tomorrow.
SoCalWine - May 20, 2008
Wood and Brown are hitting better at SLC
If he can’t do better there, what makes you think he’d be better here?
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
he was actually here and capable in 06
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
very capable
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
In 06 he hit .234 .664 OPS
Willits would be a better DH choice
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
I think he meant 07.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
Probably.
He was a lot better in 07.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
yea. Morales isn't an all-star
But he did put up an ops+ of 111 last year which I know Brown or S-Rod won’t do.
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
because with Morales
I think it’s more mental, I doubt he is trying anywhere close to the amount he would in the majors, which is why I know he is in the Angels doghouse (heard this from a guy that knows Soth pretty well)
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
Mr Morales wants a word with you...
I seriously doubt a pro player would not try as hard at AAA. He is a young player and is still trying to find his stroke.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
Keep in mind
Morales is coming from a situation in Cuba where mothers would bring their children to Kendry just so he could touch them.
Do you think, just for a second that might think of the minors as BELOW him. I mean Matt Brown can put up on OPS of over 1000 in AAA and Kendry can’t even though Kendry has more power and has shown MUCH MUCH MUCH more ability in his Major League trials.

considering the short leash Wood and Brown were on, im surprised S-Rod has been up here this long.
howiestheman - May 20, 2008

Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
one of them will be
depending on aybar’s status
BigBangRobbDawgg - May 20, 2008
day to day, im sure
they already said he was seeing a specialist tomorrow, so you’ve got to figure he’s out for at least the next 2-3 games
howiestheman - May 20, 2008

Figgins will replace Aybar.

Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
Where is this lineup?
Figgy 3B
HK 2B
Vladdy RF
Kotch 1B
Torii CF
GA LF
Naps C
Kendry or JR DH
Aybar SS
Wow, that rocks!
halofan91 - May 20, 2008
That lineup would win the World Series.
No joke.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
step 1 is relief pitching
but that lineup would indeed score some runs
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Especially a Vladdy with a BA > 300
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
id settle for 280

Well that would give me a 3 for 3 night in guesses--I like that idea.
Halo84653 - May 20, 2008
106 pitches, he's gotta be done for the night.
Come on good Scot and drama-free Frankie
SoCalWine - May 20, 2008
hey u beat me 2 it.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
How about specifying...
“Good” Shields can pitch the 8th.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
Web gem!
K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008
Isn't it nice to have Big John back?
K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008
SRod may not have a stick
but he sure can pick! :)
halofan91 - May 20, 2008
great plat SRod!
got me at least 1 point today… :)
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
and by "plat", I of course meant "play"
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
Fuck mlb.tv ads
I pay for this shit.
UK Halo - May 20, 2008
Better change your signature! :)
K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008
ahhh you beat me to it!
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
sorted
UK Halo - May 20, 2008
was that really worth your monthly bomb?
SoCalWine - May 20, 2008
id say it was worth his investment
i hate MLB.TV. and that is why god invented the slingbox
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
dude I love MLB.TV
I watch like 4 games at once on Mosaic even though it can do 6.
I can watch 8 games at once in my garage. I have a 32 inch tv, a projector on the wall and a computer with wireless internet so I can get MLB.TV
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
Extra Innings does that too, but you can't select the games like mosaic
K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008
At least MLB.tv has the game. Extra Innings didn't pick this one up.
Halo84653 - May 20, 2008
They don't do the KCOP games...only the Fox games
been that way for years!
K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008
But it's unusual that the other teams feed isn't picked up too.
Halo84653 - May 20, 2008
I agree...this doesn't happen that often anymore...
used to happen more frequently!
K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008
what do you want them to show when the game isn't going
Just the stadium? I don’t think they can because I think the cameras are off.
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
Not f'ing ads that are 3 times as loud as the feed
and for some shit music videos
UK Halo - May 20, 2008
LOL
the change is in place!
K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008
BB torii
insurance runs please?
BigBangRobbDawgg - May 20, 2008
naps homer, please?
:)
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
Way to watch, Torii.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
torii walks?
wtf?
OH. somebody want to get me that torii hunter shirt on the 18th? it happened on my birthday and ill pay for it, obviously.
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
sorry 28th
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
I'd rather go to the game on my birthday
SoCalWine - May 20, 2008
my roommate bought me tickets to the second halos/red sox game
but it wouldve been tough to make it to anaheim on the 7th.
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
at least you have the opportunity. my bday is december.
SoCalWine - May 20, 2008
not a hockey fan?
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
kings fan :/
SoCalWine - May 20, 2008
Nice BB by Hunter.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
What's this headline...
Obama gives KY to Hillary
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
hahaha where's that??
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
Not quite far enough...
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
No at bats for Napoli tonight
edhoo - May 20, 2008
This is a new and hilarious experience.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
ROFL NO WAY
amazing! naps is apparently our protection for vlad…move him to 4th
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Why the deepest part of the park Casey?
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
Did Torii tag on a fly to CF?
ballsy!
SoCalWine - May 20, 2008
Grande huevos, too.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
that was the correct time to tag up, not like Izzy did in the first.
Izzy needed to score on that one in the first if only so that the double play isn’t in order.
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
Naps does not get to hit.
This is fairly amusing.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
Arg.
What’s with zeroing out my man Naps…
scottnak - May 20, 2008
That's 44FAN's man.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
they're afraid of him?
i think that’s a compliment
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
man, where's the protection for Naps???
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
SRod...
needs to come through.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
Is there anyone to play second if Srod is ph for?
Halo84653 - May 20, 2008
Juan Rivera or Reggie Willits.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
I don't think they are middle infielders
Halo84653 - May 20, 2008
I was being a horses ass
in essence, there is NOBODY left to play IF.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
id love to see reggie at second
juan would just be scary
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
yea NO one could tell me, that if Reggie set his mind to it
that he wouldn’t be a great 2B.
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
agreed
44FAN - May 20, 2008
HEY I have a great idea!
the game after mike goes yard twice lets bat him before a k happy rookie
UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
That is funny!
in a sick and twisted way.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
that sounds fantastic!!
oh wait…
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
sean gives back the double play
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
$5 says
someon besides S-Rod is hitting behind Naps tomorrow.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
Front and center from Scotland...
... just in time for roll call! Looks like we’re doing OK … wow, active threads!
Anyone want to fill me in with a quick summary of the game in 12 words or less? :)
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
angels hitting sucks, john lackey is good
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
we are winning
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
it hasn't felt like it
UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
we're winning
UK Halo - May 20, 2008
pretty good
let’s home it stays that way.
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
here you go.
Aybar down with dislocated finger in 1st
Lackey pitched a gem
we’re up 3 – 1
SoCalWine - May 20, 2008
14 words
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
here it is
GA grounds into DP with bases loaded, Hunter and Kotch with back to back doubles, Lackey throws well. Two double plays, Aybar leaves in first with dislocated pinky.
tanana40 - May 20, 2008
28 words
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
The thing about Aybar is a bit alarming
8 words
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
WORD.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
i think it's about time for S-Rod
to be sent down.
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
Come back soon HK.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
I am out of here, boys. Later.
Go Halos!
SoCalWine - May 20, 2008
see you later guys
surfpunk - May 20, 2008
brilliant
scioscia getting out managed tonight
UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
Rather it happen when we have John on the mound,
more room for error.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
out of here x3
there’s a wine and punk convention where Brian Downing is appearing.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
oh god
bring lackey back in lol
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Argggh ....
Just fired up MLB.TV.
Turf. Puke.
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
Angels are 3-4 on turf this year...
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
oy vey
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
HOOK HIM!
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
If Shields doesn't have it...
they why is Frankie not warming up for a possible 5 or 4 out save? Does Soth have to be so rigid and ONLY use him for one inning
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
IIRC Frankie's stats for more than 3 out saves are terrible
UK Halo - May 20, 2008
well
stats like that are inherently flawed. The fact that he would be brought into a game in the 8th inning means that
A) the go ahead/tying run is already at the plate or worse on base
B) they are likely going through the heart of the order with a lead much less than 3 runs
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
'Now up 3-1'
stop sounding so excited about it, damn you Markus.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
Pull it together Scot.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
Shields has forgotten how to pitch
edhoo - May 20, 2008
hes done
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Screw this
Cigarette break. Will watch from outside my home office window
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
Q not helping him out....
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
Q with a hole in his glove.
44FAN - May 20, 2008
Did Butcher visit the mound yet?
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
what the heck is scott doing
does he hate lackey
UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
wow quinlan
nice effort there, buddy
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Damnit Q.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
and this is why i have a deep, dark hatred toward him.
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
Gotcha.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
Error on Q.
Gotta be. BS, no way is that a hit.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
i remember the last time scott had the bases loaded
you wont like how this story ends
UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
Dammit dammit dammit!
Shit!
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
Wood needs to teach the major leaguers how to get in front of the ball.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
no kidding
Wood would’ve made that play, easy.
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
yea Wood is the most fundamentally sound defender the Angels have
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
0-1 on Stairs...
Baby steps, Scot, baby steps.
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
big K
DP time shieldsy
BigBangRobbDawgg - May 20, 2008

howiestheman - May 20, 2008

Sit down, you fat twat
UK Halo - May 20, 2008

44FAN - May 20, 2008

Way to go Scot
edhoo - May 20, 2008

MH252525 - May 20, 2008
rofl
now they know how we feel
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
DP !!
halos out of the jam
BigBangRobbDawgg - May 20, 2008
Jays match the Halos for bases loaded failures
BigBangRobbDawgg - May 20, 2008
Be a good girl Shannon
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
YES!
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
lol
Who’s their Hatcher?
UK Halo - May 20, 2008
Who's their daddy?
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
YES!!!
Way to hold, Scotty!
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
OH MAN!
way to pitch out of it!
they’re as bad as us with RISP!
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
I think the Boo Jays lead the league in DP's...
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
or is it the White Sox?
Downing Rules - May 20, 2008
oh my god.
Thank you thank you
scottnak - May 20, 2008
Scott...
are you rooting for you grid or for the win?
cupie - May 20, 2008
The win of course
I’m technically “studying for my final” so i have no idea what the grid looks like…
(nor do i remember what i picked… if at all…)
scottnak - May 20, 2008
keep studying...
if that is a word.
cupie - May 20, 2008
im sorry
theres nothing worse than finals
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
w000000000000000t!!!!
anaheim angels - May 20, 2008

Funke5ive - May 20, 2008

cupie - May 20, 2008
im out guys
howiestheman - May 20, 2008
Awesome!
halofan91 - May 20, 2008
I don't think I ever saw a game with this many batters left on base on both sides.
This is a house of horrors.
44FAN - May 20, 2008
Don't know about the Jays, but I know we've done worse.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
sometimes i say crazy things
UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
lol
i saw that
Funke5ive - May 20, 2008
BTW
FU Rolen for the takeout slide. We need Izturis.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
He's doing his job
breaking up the DP
UK Halo - May 20, 2008
Yeah I know
but it’s still annoying.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
at least quinny makes up for his defense with his bat
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Yeah, I can't wait for Figgs to come back either.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
Tomorrow baby!
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
It might be best for our offense
If Figgy plays 2B and Q stays in there at 3B with the Boy King at SS ?
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
Quinlan continues his quest to be utterly useless
HaloDutch - May 20, 2008
ok i just dropped a baseball on my foot and it hurts like hell
maybe im a little too hard on these guys.
or maybe not.
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
barefoot?
scottnak - May 20, 2008
socks
its cold here
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Fine! Try to give me BOTG again Carl Johnson
Last time I went out for a ciggie during the game we lost and you tried to give me BOTG. This time, I went out and the bases were loaded with 0 out. When I got back in, we’re batting. Lucky Lucky Strike!
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
hahaha its baseball
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Boy King 0-5
hopefully he still has his conda made of stona….
cupie - May 20, 2008
Wow... looks like I've missed a great game and an active thread
Los Angeles de Anaheim - May 20, 2008
Not really a great game
but definitely an entertaining thread.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
I'm not quite sure "entertaining" is the right word
how about interesting, or intellectually sufficient
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
3 more outs = entertaining
Any Angel win is entertaining. I’ll take a boring win over an exciting loss any day.
gilbert - May 20, 2008
Cupie throws a good party.
44FAN - May 20, 2008
move along nothing happening here...
cupie - May 20, 2008
i havent even had time to insult everyones grammar yet
hahaha
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
"everyones" should have an apostrophe.
UK Halo - May 20, 2008
as should "haven't"
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
hahaha
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
K
K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008
Is Lackey the obvious early panther candidate?
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008

Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008

UCIHalo - May 20, 2008

UCIHalo - May 20, 2008

Los Angeles de Anaheim - May 20, 2008

He was really pretty good today.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008

UK Halo - May 20, 2008
When did you use your last fucking F-bomb?
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008

UK Halo - May 20, 2008
LOL!
Beautiful
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
Does this mean you're at -1 now?
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008

UK Halo - May 20, 2008
Shhhhhh ....
nobody tell the Rev
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
No question
halofan91 - May 20, 2008
Franky save incoming
Ready your extra pants and heart medication
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
I'm wearing black jeans tonight
... and I took a Valium today. Plus lots of booze and cigs in the house. I’m OK.
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
Ok, tray tables up, seatbacks in the full upright position, folks.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
my pregame guesses are good so far
i picked 101-over-4. i hope im wrong on the last one though, unless there is a defensive replacement
anaheim angels - May 20, 2008
good 2 runs perfect k-rod save
calikraze - May 20, 2008
So does a move from one position to another count as a defensive sub?
Los Angeles de Anaheim - May 20, 2008
Not according to the rules the Rev laid down
in the pregame thread
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
i forgot my tums, does anyone have some i can borrow
UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
1 out
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Say what you want
but Frankie finds a way to get the out (most of the time)
halofan91 - May 20, 2008
You can say it....
but it may be better to say it after the game
UK Halo - May 20, 2008
1 down!
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
o god
im scared
anaheim angels - May 20, 2008
8 pitches and 2 strikes...perfect
K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008
2 run lead, don't have to have much of an approach
except don’t walk him.
-Troy Percival
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
I was thinking the same thing
I watched the WS DVD like literally 300 times
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
Same here.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008

Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008

K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008
Damn.
HaloDutch - May 20, 2008

highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
Lets not get crazy
HaloDutch - May 20, 2008
he still looking for work?
or has he given up?
or is he blaming “collusion?”
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
First BB in May for K-Rod.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008

Marco…................................
K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008

anaheim angels - May 20, 2008

K3YEROUT - May 20, 2008
My second F-bomb for May coming up ...
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
good thing i saved my f-bomb this month
i almost used it on aybars injury. and that was such a strike
anaheim angels - May 20, 2008
frankie wants to make it interesting
Halofanatic - May 20, 2008
Relax!
I have confidence in Frankie.
halofan91 - May 20, 2008
Krod sucking
edhoo - May 20, 2008
he got his only out by throwing a strike right down the middle
so he doesnt try it again
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
what in the world...... curves on 2-2 and 3-2?
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
Oh, sweet Jesus. Someone get my pills
HaloDutch - May 20, 2008
i already took yours

sorry
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
back to back walks is so annoying
UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
In a game this tense, you knew Frankie wasn't going to get upstaged
in terms of fingernail chewing.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
Ahhhhh sheeeeit
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
Rally Diapers!
Funke5ive - May 20, 2008
where did that pitch miss?
High?
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
Just.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
its not a frankie save unless the tying run is on base
UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
where did that pitch miss?
Inside?
This ump is killing Frankie
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
Yeah that one was a strike.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
this guy got cut by SEATTLE
this is easy, frankie
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
and he keeps throwing balls
UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
throw strikes asshole
calikraze - May 20, 2008
f this ump
he is terrible. he doesnt call anything
anaheim angels - May 20, 2008
Yes but it would help if Frankie was near the strike zone
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
You just walked two of the most miserable piles of crap in baseball
Good luck on that 15 mil Frankie
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
andruw jones
takes that personally
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Someone needs to tell Krod where the strikezone is
edhoo - May 20, 2008
perhaps someone could draw him a map
HaloDutch - May 20, 2008
throw a knuckleball
your command tells me youre just as lucky to get that called a strike
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
This game needs more Arredondo
edhoo - May 20, 2008
word
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Second that
scareduck - May 20, 2008
WTF!!!?!?!?!?!?
THIS UMP IS SHITE!
anaheim angels - May 20, 2008
it helps iff you throw a single f'ing strike
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
at least 3 of the pitches have been strikes
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
theyre not strikes if the ump doesnt call them
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
Nice work on the game threads tonight guys. It looks like 1K posts
hauldog - May 20, 2008
Can Sean Rodriguez pitch?
cupie - May 20, 2008
He's doing this on purpose.
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
Nice work on the game threads tonight guys. It looks like 1K posts
hauldog - May 20, 2008

halofan91 - May 20, 2008

UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
Oh FFS
Gonna try the lucky Lucky Strike trick again.
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
WTF on ball 4?
Zu Long - May 20, 2008
Soth what do you need to see to get him out of the game?
MH252525 - May 20, 2008
Ump is BULL****.
TheOptimist - May 20, 2008
load the bases on walks
UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
we could use a troy percival here
Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
oh thank god

Carl Johnson - May 20, 2008
holy crap that was lucky
yeswecan - May 20, 2008

Frankie didn’t do his usaual point up to the fly ball. He ran away as fast as he could.
cupie - May 20, 2008
Holy Cow 3 walks in a row....
Either ump is really trying to give away the game or Frankie is terrible…
Los Angeles de Anaheim - May 20, 2008
Krod has been horrible
Rick Ankiel would laugh at him
edhoo - May 20, 2008
Thank God for the Infield fly

cupie - May 20, 2008

MH252525 - May 20, 2008
HE GOT HIM
worst save ever
edhoo - May 20, 2008
That's nuts
I wonder how many Nervous Saves Percy made in his time in an Angels uni.
scareduck - May 20, 2008
Uh oh...using a "Phyzz-ism"
He calls them “NS’s”—I caught that on the radio show during Frankie’s 9th inning last night.
Downing Rules - May 21, 2008
I disagree
He has given up runs to cut the lead from 3 to 1, then made the save. This was mild by comparison.
halofan91 - May 20, 2008
Holy Shit!
sit down!
cupie - May 20, 2008
NICE FRANKIE!
yeswecan - May 20, 2008

UCIHalo - May 20, 2008

highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
That has to be the most Godforsaken excuse for a save ever!
But a save nonetheless.

UCIHalo - May 20, 2008
Angels lawyers will remember when it comes down to negotiating Frankie's "deal"
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
Oh yeah baby and Desmond's back tomorrow!!!!
highlandhalo - May 20, 2008
Is there such a thing an anti-panther? Can I nominate Q for it?
HaloDutch - May 20, 2008
Can we switch to
computers calling strikes and balls yet?
Am I the only one who thinks letting one man be in control of a game in which hundreds of millions of dollars are invested is insane and illogical? Especially in the playoffs.
PhiSlamma - May 20, 2008
free jobs
just look at all those analysts on espn lmao
calikraze - May 20, 2008

calikraze - May 20, 2008
