Seems like never this season, but it happened Friday night, as the Angels took care of Texas, Jarrod Washburn served a cookie (as in a Grand-Slam Gingersnap) to Gary Sheffield and the Twins' bullpen did not melt down completely against Fremont...
The Angels have scored four runs in the past week, have been outscored 14-4 and yet are 2-1 in those games. Unless you count Vlad's 17 homeruns...
The Friday Night crowd was upbeat despite a slow-paced pitchers' duel and the one-night only Vlad Guerrero limited edition pin (six bucks, cash only) sold out by the top of the 5th inning. His Homerun Derby Trophy was long gone out of its team Store photo-op perch by that point as well.
One small complaint... no Celebrate Good Times C'Mon was played after the victory - not even after the fireworks show. Booooooooo.......

WTF
Was with the airport-style security just to get through the fucking gates? That was outrageous (we entered from the Orangewood side - near the giant AT&T van-thing).Anyway....not cool.
