He had one hell of a AA run, shot up the Dodgers' prospect list, beat Randy Johnson in his first major league appearance (back when that meant something) ... and turned into a pumpkin. Lost his command, started walking guys, became terribly hittable, and eventually got traded to the Devil Rays for a couple pieces of junk -- Danys Baez, their erratic closer, and Lance Carter, a bad reliever.Looks like he got an out, though.
