I might be asleep when this game begins.
Perhaps the loud cracking sound of bats will awaken me?
Perhaps it will be the sound of the first homerun by an Angel Designated Hitter...
I mean, I am down with our oldeskool National League style offense, don't get me wrong, there is more than one way to skin a pennant besides BB-BB-HR Moneyball, but somebody tell Scioscia that -since he doesn't hafta bat the pitchers- he can designate a frickin' hitter in the Designated Hitter position.

Wash has been alright lately and Bartolo's Complete Game yesterday gives us a rested bullpen for today.
